Please Clarify on Skill-Attribute Respec Scrolls

black-gryphonb14_ESO
I was looking at the new items in the Crown Store after finally downloading and I found the working on 3 of the new items confusing. Those being the 'Skill' and 'Attribute' Respec Scrolls and the Ring of Mara...

In the latter it specifically states that this item is consumed upon use, but for the two scrolls it says they have "...(No Cooldown)". To me this implies that these scrolls can be used over and over...is this indeed the case?

Whether this is how they work or poorly worded descriptions - this NEEDS to be clarified.

Thank you

Im assuming this means that if you buy multiples of said scrolls, there will ne no downtime between when you can ctivae a second one. Also, that the rings of Mara may be a one time buy.

Well, your obviously not captain obvious but its obvious that they are obviously a one time use.... they will obviously disapear after obviously using the respec scroll.

Whether this is how they work or poorly worded descriptions - this NEEDS to be clarified.
Given the nature of these things in the Store context (the price alone should make it obvious that they're consumables, as is their place in the Store) and the fact that every other scroll I can think of in the game which is comparable is a consumable .. just what about these gives the remotest hint they're not consumables?

Simply because at the end of the brief description it says '(No Cooldown)'. I mean unless someone was fool enough to buy multiples of these (equivalent to about $7 each) and use them one after the other (not sure why, but if you're into wasting money go for it) - that simple two word phrase suggests that it is reusable...more so because nowhere in the description does it say this is consumed on use - as is the case with the Ring of Mara crown purchase.

I think perhaps it is consumed and the description is poorly written, but if that is the case, it should say so with no need or reason for the (No Cooldown) statement. Actually...I'm not aware of any item in the game that says that - if there is a cool down it is often mentioned specifically (i.e. potions and set piece effects)

Simply because at the end of the brief description it says '(No Cooldown)'.

Cooldowns, say for potions, stop you from using any other potion during the cool down. So, if there was a cool down on the respec scrolls this could get in the way of people doing an Attribute and a Skill Respec (which is a frequent combo to do). If there was a cool down, you would do the skill respec, then have to wait to do the Attribute Respec. Although the time spent doing re-assigning points would be greater than most any cool down period would be. Well, you can do the Attributes quite quickly.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

It's a consumable, with no cooldown. So you can use them often as you like, but each one is consumed upon use.

They are under the consumables tab in the crown store.
