    ZOS pays CDNs to distribute the files. It's not a free service. So the download speeds better be fast. :)

    My download speed is at 10% of my ISP speed.

    Have you tried turning it off and on again?

    My download speed is about the same as what I get from Steam.

    The suggestion to pause and unpause is a valid one. If download speeds are slow, pause for about 30 seconds to a minute, then resume. Watch the download speed over the next 2 minutes and if it does improve, try it again.

    The download was maxing out my connection, so I don't know why others seem to have problems.
