How to sell AP/ Current rates?

Chikenuget
Just spent near 90k AP and got the Shadow Walker pendant. I'm looking to get the rings as well but I was wondering if I should instead just sell the AP I accrue. How do people go on about doing this? Do they buy bags and sell those or..?

Also wondering about the current conversion rates, thanks :)

The Light of Cyrodiil rings sell got 50k to 75k and cost 250k AP to buy

So based on that 5 AP = 1 to 1.5 gold

Most if asked in a PVP zone will sell on a 1 to 1 bases (1 gold for 1 AP)

I don't go by conversion ratios, I go by what Master Merchant says and cross check it with my other two guilds.

    Cyrodiil's Light Bands/Rings = Average of 80k

Ravager Gear = Average of 100k

Shadow Walker Bands = Average of 90k

Shadow Walker Rings = Average of 50k

Hawk Eye Rings = Average of 45k

That's what I've been selling my crap at for the last three months, and it hasn't gone up or down drastically to my knowledge, anyone who says that 1.6 made the cost of this gear go up hasn't been selling this gear for a long time

The most reliable way to make bank with AP is buying Cyrodiil's Light Bands, the way most people do it is getting the boxes and praying to RNGeebus they get a dozen Shadow Walker Bands to sell, I pray to RNGeebus, and he shalt light my way. With shineys.

I wish players could just sell "stacks" of AP in guild stores like everything else.

I think generally a 1:3 gold to AP ratio is used. So anything worth 240k AP is usually about 80k gold.

That's reasonable. A 1:4 or 1:5 should be negotiated for if possible and is not unheard of with the more generous of PvPers.

Yeah seems like it is more reasonable to sell the AP I've gotten than trying to roll for some shadow walker bands. (200k AP already used up now rolling bags ;____; )
