Crash Loading after Character Select

After i select any character (i have 2) the loading screen stops after a few seconds and the game crashes (Just stops working). I have to close it.

I read a lot of people have the same problem, but not a suitable solution for me.

Can somoene plz help me?

Deleting the file "ShaderCache.cooked" doesn't help.

Can i please get any help? I bought this game 2 days ago and it doesn't work already...

I also fixed my problem now by my own as in one of the other threads it was also guildrelated, but do as i did
try switching the game to french, loaded the patch, and start it up again (leave any big guilds ur in or something) and then logging of and switching back to english. cuz by the looks of it this seems to be a language issue that makes the crashes to start.

I played 2 days with no problems, then it sudddenly stopped. I can only think that the guild stuff changed, cause i joined a guild with one of my characters. It's strange that it stops also the second one..

Upon reviewing your system information, it does appear that you may need to try leaving any guilds that you have joined to see if it helps to resolve your issue. You are also experiencing some connectivity issues, and we do recommend responding to your support ticket to ensure an agent is able to help troubleshoot this with you to get it resolved.

Guilds are account-wide.

Changing the game language worked!

As soon as the map loaded i left the guild. There should be implemented a way to leave guild from outside the game (after login for example). The deadlock "you have to join the game and leave the guild if u can't join the game" is a little strange

.

Thanks for everything! maybe the "change language" solution should be sponsorized more in the forum as a temporary patch.

Changing the language helped me too.
But it's no real solution, my german is pretty bad
