I don't know really if it's the right forum, let moderators decide.
But i thought that much players will see this thread.
First - I've got an old(not for me) Palit GTX 660 OC version. Without manual overclock.

So, almost all last week i was trying to fix some issues with my GPU load/fps. I've tried some 3rd party software to make my GPU work fine with TESO.
But, unfortunately, no solutions was suitable for me.
So, i tried an old russian solution.
No, not "Reinstall your OS! Change your PC!", not that.
I decided to fully clear my NVIDIA drivers and make a clear install of them.

So, i've downloaded latest nvdidia drivers, put them at place where i can find them quickly with 640x480 resolution, and started a third-party free display driver uninstallation utility.
It reboots my pc to safe mode and asked what driver i want to completely delete. I chose nvidia driver, hit upper left button, pc restarts normaly.
So then i've installed my recently downloaded NVIDIA drivers, without any 3dvision and all other crap, only Display Driver and PhysX sofware and "CLEAR INSTALL" flag. And GF Experience.

So then i've launched ESO, port to my home Daggerfall and was pleasantly surprised(?) with some FPS boost. It's some 5-15 fps boost for me.
I'm playing with VSync and now i don't see any FPS drops in wilderness with or without mobs\npcs, it's always 60(vsync).
City still got 39-45fps (was 27-35).

So, give a try, if you want, i'm just sharing information
