Please Fix Crafting Quest Info

What a pita! I get quests in Mournholde for crafting- now where in th do i turn them in? I have been chasing this down all night! I am going where the doors in the map tell me and it's all a dead end. You need to put enough information in the quest journal to tell us where to go. For instance: Fighter's Guild in Devan's Watch whatever city [ i tried Devan's Watch, no one there to turn it in to so back to the drawing board!]. OR Refugee's Camp- where is that? It isn't on the freaking map, maybe it's imaginary? And which Mage's Guild? What city? Please for the love of ESO Gods TELL US!!!!

This has probably been answered in other threads, but the most simple way to put it is to tell you to look at your crafters skills. There will be one that will have X/9 and that will determine the level of materials you work with. The value of X when you get your quest will tell you what zone you need to deliver the items to. It will usually be the capitol (main city) of any given zone.

For example, if you have 1/9 in woodworking, and your playing an AD character, then your deliveries will be in Vulkel Guard [zone 1] (near the docks if I recall correctly).

The names (like "such and so trade delivery outpost") change by level and are the same across factions, so that the "name" for the delivery point for zone 3 will be the same for all three factions (though the locations will be different, obviously).

I believe the Refugee's Camp is in Stormhold. As newtinmpls said, the delivery location is dependent on your rank in the first passive skill of each craft (and therefore on the level of item you had to craft). For example, 3/9 in Metalworking will mean deliveries must be to Shadowfen (EP Zone 3).
