Character Stat disparity - Help me figure this out :/

First i have a VR 12 Dark elf templar with 40 in health and 20 in magicka. Naked in cyrodiil (thornblade) i have about:
15k magicka
20k health
9k stamina
850 physical resistence
meanwhile on my lvl 43 Imperial nightblade with 22 in health and 20 in stamina. Naked in cyrodiil (thornblade) i have about:
16k magicka
33k health
17k stamina
8000 physical resistance
I have no champion points spent on either character and mundus stones that boost health, magicka or stamina.
The only real difference apart from the race and class is that the dark elf is a vampire and the imperial is a werewolf.
