I wonder why it does not exist in the game places who are dedicated to giving shelter to beggars and victims of countless battles that are given to place in the game world. In many missions are NPCs who lose everything, either by the loss of family, loved ones or their property.
It would be good to have the ability to house them in the game and players can participate through missions helping to build shelters, bring resources, get them a job, give them the opportunity to begin again and regain his place in Tamriel.
This could lead to different types of missions or random events in areas where shelters are located.
Spontaneous fires that need to be turned off, the need to eliminate bad influences that seek seize by force, searching for distant relatives to contact, recruiting members for the army faction, etc.
Currently victims only say goodbye and rarely see you them again, otherwise the game world is full of beggars in cities and roads to which no one can help them too, only in some cases it is possible to offer some gold and ultimately this does not lead to productive effect as the NPC continued in the same situation after our intervention.
I think it is necessary incorporate these and many other improvements that allow more involved interaction with the characters and NPC´s in the game world. Today is somewhat frivolous interaction, there are no ties or specific links.
I know this may become more complex evolution of content and from a development standpoint is easier to make everything passenger to have no weight in the future and this does not lead to errors or confusion, but not have it detracts very many depth to the story of each character.
