STONEFALLS SKYSHARD NO.14 (at Hightide Hollow) still bugged.

Hi, first sorry for my english im spanish, i cant find a solution for this the skyshard no14 still bugged. It is located at Hightide Hollow at Stonefalls as i said. First time i get the skyshard i dont really know if i get the skill point too (or the fragment) bit the skyshard stop glowing and dosent count for the achievement.
