SONY added Malta to the Playstation store list and still can`t buy the digital discount.

As the title say Malta recently been added to the playstation store with all the benefits like other countries like UK ecc.
But still ESO did not update the list and Malta is still out of the list of countries that can use PSN.
Please fix it before the 30 day window is over cause i want to get my discount and account copy like i was promised.

First of all, no one's treating you like a second-class citizen. Avoid hyperbole if you want your arguments to be taken seriously.
Second, I didn't see any mention of PS+ in your initial post. Are you eligible for a PS+ account in Malta?----

Yes Malta was added this year. And i just paid one year of PS+ recently.

Well, if you sent your support e-mail within the last 24 hours, then they may not have gotten to it yet. So I'd wait on that.----

LorenzoButtigieg✭✭✭I did get one reply they send me an out of date SCEE Region list that's all. I even send all the prof that Malta is part of the SCEE Region list but they did not reply back.0

If it's not on the ps store (assuming their replies are accurate) then ZOS can't place it on their store.

LorenzoButtigieg✭✭✭I just checked the pre order is only on the US store, but people from the UK still get the discount on the digital copy on zen site. So Maltese customers should too since Malta have access to the playstation store.0

The article on the ps store specifically reads that Malta accounts are seperate. It also says that it's new and that the customers who had another region account should consider creating a new one. It even goes into what you loose....this is after the ZOS agreement so again it's a Sony issue.
I think those who are bothered need to go to the source and not a developer as the developer has to operate under Sony's rules. You're never entitled to anything that you're buying or using when it's provided by another party. Licenses are at a companies discression and subject to "their" terms and conditions which can be changed at anytime seen fit "according to Sony's" terms.....

At the moment the only store with ESO available is the US store. it is often the case that the US store has pre-orders a week before we do (EU/UK/AUS region). (Why they still do that in this day and age is beyond me)

The point of the post was to suggest that
FIRST..the PS store has to sale it in your region
SECOND...ZOS may add this to their discount option after it appears in the PS store
ZOS can't sale something for PS4 customers that the PS store doesn't offer-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

ZOS literally shares that the initial 6-8 month delay was 100% related to Sony & xbox' STORE and server requirements.

So i was right Sony had nothing to do with this problem, it was on Zen side and after making my voice hear i got what i deserve witch is the discounted version and account copy to PS4.
And it's cause of people like you that company's do what they want, people have all the right to complain for there rights and people jumping to protect the company's are making it worse.
And am sure you will still come with another side of the story now.0
