Since we can't turn off other ppls annoying vanity pets, how about letting us pay for the ability to turn these pets into smoldering piles of ash?
I'd pay real cash to turn them off.

Um if you touched my pet tiger, I would most definitely not be happy with you, but uh if looking at peoples pets bother you so much, how about not looking at them, look at the sky and run about, bang into things or something, make people laugh.

Instead of killing peoples pets, a lot of normal people would have a very big problem if someone decided to gank their pets, very bad idea, and it would cause a lot of aggro.

I am very aware that it is a game, but some moral standards should be upheld IMO,

Go into PvP if you hate pets so much, so then people like me, get to kill u:}

Wonder if you would feel the same if they allowed Mammoths as pets and had to listen to them trumpet while ya do Trade skills?
Just have a no pet zone around banks/merchants/crafting areas, or just give us the ability to turn them off in the UI. Then you can 'enjoy' your pet all you want.

When im in the bank or doing w/e, then I concentrate on the op on hand and blank stuff out, like noises or people spamming healing springs and stuff, who cares?, well apart from you.

Even the annoying things add a sort of immersion to the game, you are aware that there are people round you.

Turning the ability to see other peoples pets would be a compromise, and I have no problem with that, but killing other peoples pets, just because you dont like them, is another thing entirely, and the atmosphere would be utterly toxic and a lot of aggro going on.
