Mob levels increased in Cyrodill dolmens - WHAT ABOUT REWARDS?

Ages. It took me AGES to grind Cyrodill dolmens for at least ONE piece of that set. Its very rare and you can get it under very specific conditions. v12 dolmen in Cyrodill, v12 mobs, v12 reward chest and this is what you get:
I might just add- other rewards are scaled properly. @GinaBruno did something slip through the cracks?

✭✭✭✭✭Unless your character is VR1 (level 50) and it's scaling to that (which I doubt, because otherwise you probably wouldn't be disappointed with that), then that definitely seems like a bug to me.

I dont care if its hard to get. I want the scaling to be fixed. If the items max lvl is vr10 and cyrodill dolmens are now v12 the item SHOULD be v10.

I dont care if its hard to get. I want the scaling to be fixed. If the items max lvl is vr10 and cyrodill dolmens are now v12 the item SHOULD be v10.
Incorrect, v12 dolmens should provide v12 rewards when players of level v12 and above participate and go to collect their reward from a chest. This is how scaling has been stated to be done with regards to dungeons and instanced areas scaling up whilst the rewards also scale appropriately.
I didn't mention anything being "hard to get" either, please don't misunderstand. It's inconvenient, as is the acquisition of countless other gear.
