Downloading Game - D/L speed at 0.0 kb/s

I have been trying to download this game for over a day now, it is at 23% and then just stops D/L, DL speed is at 0.0

Is there an alternative way to download? Seems ridiculous that I cant even download the game.

try pausing it and then restarting it - make sure your firewall is disabled temporarily for the download or allow it access through the firewall
