Dear Support Team,

i have been trying for days to get the game to work without success. this is a disgrace.

anyway, here is what i did:
i downloaded the installer and let it download the game, after it finished it gave me an error (206) and told me to restart the application. i did that but now the launcher is all but completely locked up. i managed to click repair eventually. and it told me that my error is now 210 and that i should run the game consultant if this persists for more than an hour.
that time has passed and i ran it. thus a report file was created, but alas, 'tis empty :/

i might add that whenever i click something in the launcher, it tends to stick to the cursor and the window moves around..

regards

when you to launch the game launcher try this

hold down the shift button and select run as administrator... see if that helps

I finaly managed to fully install and run the game(been trying this for over 3 weeks).
    • Run Bethesda Launcher as administrator - Done
    • Fresh download and installation from 0% to a C:\ instead of D\ drive -Done
    • Disabled Windows 7 internal firewalls(no external installed), there two of them actualy(second is "increased security") - Done
    • Connected LAN from router to notebook, so there are two connections at one time(wifi and lan)(download speed much higher) - Done
    • Disabled router internal firewall - Done
    • When about to finish download it starts to show "WebGet Request Failed" error, despite the fact that my connection is great. Click pause and resume, about 20Mb download then "WebGet Request Failed" error again. Over 9000 clicks - Done

Thanks God there was no errors during Applying Patch.

Just be thankful you can even get past unzipping the installer.

Been trying and trying and trying. Frankly, I don't have the time for this **** and will most likely just go back to one of the more 'convenient' and accessible MMOs I play.

As a small business owner myself, it always blows my mind how some developers can't seem to even get the accessible part of an MMO right. If your customers can't even install the darn game without jumping through several hoops, you've already lost a percentage of your clientele before they are even through the door.

    Absolutely poor business management IMHO!
