Beating a sorc as Nb stam

Is is possible?

If they have their shield, be and frag/curse/overload i will be dead.

There is nothing i can do. I'm not built for endless roll dodge. I will do a few rotations around the sun like pluto a few times and then die.

Anyone have any insights here I'm guessing getting close and fearing and trying to drain stam?Trouble is dodging the huge corridor bolt escape covers.

i cant cloak much as I'm a stam build.

Running 7/7 Med?

I swapped to 5/2 Med/Hvy and gained about 3k Armor/Spell Resist without sacrificing any Stamina and about 40 stam regen (easily made up if I'd go WW). Only loss is 21% stam ability reduction dropped to 15%.

The extra spell resist seems to help....

I'm running about 25k Stam and 24.5k Health in PvP with Food buffs. That's on Khajit and could be a lot higher with imperial. High stam helps for resources and makes any stam abilities do alot more damage. I only have 11k magicka, but I only run 2 magicka skills on my bars at any time. Plus running out of magicka is much less a detriment than running out of stam.

Also, Bashing to interrupt attacks, as does Venom Arrow, helps a lot.

You can also play around with Shadow Image so that you can teleport away then Cloak and gain back some resources.

Cleave is a decent shield.. Rally is a good heal and very cheap...if you keep Rally up all the time, you can actually hit Rally again and it counts as the "expire" and does the expire heal. Mine heals for up to 8k when it's near the end of the timer.

Also.. Stam pots are amazing, don't underestimate them.

I still get wrecked by good sorcerers..but that's the same for any class.

Bow when they blink away. Ambush -> incapacitate -> SA when they close. Fear when you can.

Flash cloak to cause misses and get attack bonuses.

Listen to Rhurruck he messes me up a lot and im pretty hard to kill.

Beating a Sorc as a NB? Unless you are Sypher, this isn't going to happen.

you're probably just doing something wrong, as a sorc i die the most to nightblades. they just have so much burst potential that you havent tapped into.

Thanks will try. Im on 27k stam and 2300 bow 2600 2h. What healing do you use?

Thanks will try. Im on 27k stam and 2300 bow 2600 2h. What healing do you use?

Resolving Vigor.

I use differing combinations of camo hunter, mark, and grim for buffs depending on the situation.

5 hundings (including heavy head and body), 5 morag tong (including 2 daggers), 2 shadow walker, masters bow, warrior mundus, most armor pieces are reenforced for ~ 15k physical resists.

Champ points heavy into stam cost, stam regen, physical damage ignores armor, physical damage bonuses. Get the 30 pont bonus for wep crit.

I'm dw, but use no dw active abilities.

With your stats you probably want to give up some stam for wep damage.

I don't play a NB. I play a Sorc. NBs are my goto targets for easy, easy kills. DKs can flappy wings and stall for a long time. Sorcs can ward spam and ball of lightning away. Templars can ward spam and perma heal. NBs can't really do any of that. They can go invisible, but I now counter that easily.

Stamina NB here and no problems against Sorcs.
If they decide to stand in their mines I let them, it's not like I'd care about these mines.
Only annoying thing are lightning heavy attacks together with curse and streak.
To be honest, you won't kill a sorc standing I his mines and going full turtle, but he won't kill ya either.. As long as you do the same.

Ambush -> Block
Unlike charge you don't take all the mines with you, also are you able to block the damage.
You see frags up? Dodge Cancel with light attacks and skills, but you will need a lot of stamina Reg.

I run 3.2k weapon dmg, 70% crit, 2900 Stam Reg as Khajiit, hitting down the shields on range until the sorc makes a mistake.

But.. Forget to dodge once and you probably die

Air, Morag Tong, Shadow Walker, Blood spawn and using drinks.
No specific amount of set pieces since I swap a lot between them.
