Pretty sure that's not going to change.

One of the skills that a player could acquire was a PVP skill that was called "Interpretation" I believe. Now this skill had 3 skill points you could put into it. Without any skill points all you could see from the text of another faction was something along the lines of "OpposingPlayerName: &# *##& $@ *%&$ #&$ *##^ @#&$ @!&&". The more points that you put into the skill the more you could understand the opposing player such as with 1 skill point it would read: "OpposingPlayerName: W# *e#& t@ *%i$ #h$ *#s^ @#d$ k!&&". And with two points in it would be something like this: "OpposingPlayerName: We *e#d to *ai$ #he *#st s#d$ k!&p". And finally with all points put into this skill you could fully read into what the opposing player was saying: "OpposingPlayerName: We need to raid the west side keep".
I think this would be an awesome addition to PVP as you would be able to possibly call somebody out for a 1v1 in a special location, and of course this would only be limited to /say or /yell. I am interested in your thoughts on this or where I could post this for others to see.
