Revive 20 players daily quest

Having a daily quest for reviving friendly players would help encourage people to revive each other more. The quest could reward gold and ap like the other daily quests, or maybe even reward 20 empty soul gems. Anything to make reviving more common.

You'd have to do something to compensate for the 20 soul gems you used up to do the quest. Plus people would have to die and you'd have to survive in order to do it. Too many other practical concerns IMO.

and after this ZOS will again do something to fix this "grinding" and that will end up creating another problem, we have enough issues now regarding this xp and ap grind, lol

For the cost of the 20 pots and 20 soul gems let them have it. I would love to see this quest included genuinely a great idea!

    Um..ZoS, Hello....Look here....um, awesome idea!
Reward like AP and gold are fine. Make one per day as well.

What is the risk of exploiting this? Pvpers killing each other for the Quest? Put a timer of 2 mins, for the res to count towards the quest? Pvpers are impatient and would not res each other to abuse this if they had to wait 2 mins.
You can still res, but your quest updates every 2 mins?

    Um, ZoS, look at this!

Think of the number of Kajiits this will save!

    A really good suggestion!

It's not like we aren't dealing with those practical concerns on a daily basis anyway. This is just an extra reward for doing so.

Dont get to greedy and ask for to much now.

This would be an excellent small addition that would "feel" really worth your travel, just like the current dailies are.
250 AP for the Travel dailies is nothing but it still "feels" rewarding.

Quest as suggested but no big reward needed.

Great idea, tried to find a suitable gif but no luck.

ZOS this is one of those ideas that needs to be looked into.

This is a great idea. I am shocked to discover that people don't go into Cyrodiil with at least 100 soul gems or rez people they don't know even if they have crystals.

I heard a story about an major NA AD guild whose leader told them not to rez any friendly player who was not in their guild. I assumed I heard that wrong or misunderstood -- giving priority rezzes to guild/group members is fine. (Not going to try to circumvent naming and shaming rules for that reason). But not rezzing players not in your guild if it is safe to do so, that sort of thing is true it disgusts me.

But it wouldn't have surprised me either. Come on people its 2015 and everybody with the gold eagle over their head is one of the homies. I rez unconditionally, everyone I see, even level 16's. Unless the keep is unflagged you lazy ***.

If you rez a player and they don't accept, you are unable to rez anyone else. There is risk involved rezing people not in your group because they could be afk etc and prevent you from rezing anyone in your group. That could be why people were instructed not to rez players outside group at the time.

I think the quest idea is good. I have a very specific build and I play it probably better than any other AD character. I have been ridiculed and called many things. I have been slapped by one hand and applauded with the other. I have been called useless in PVP and then my build copied by others working with the same groups that criticized me. The fact is this. Every group should have a player who can rez in 1.25 seconds. That player should understand what their individual role is and be able to play it well. I have worked closely with groups and faction members. I always know where to be and never pass up a body. I love to play the game where I find the hardest person to rez and do it. Its a thrill and a great way to build a reputation. I have been with groups on top of a keep when everyone thinks its over and within 15 seconds have the whole group back up again. Yes I have a very specialized build. I play it well and know what I am doing. Rez your group first. Rez others second. Never leave a dead player on the ground. Stay with your crown. When the group is safe, in position, fan out look for others. Make it look good so the other factions learn to recognize you, then fear you, because you are doing something they just don't understand. AD----FOR THE QUEEN!!!!

    1.25 second rez
    full health on rez
600 magicka regen on target when rezzed
    damage shield on rezzed players
    take less damage when rezing.

Give 20 soul gems as a quest item for the quest and sounds like a great idea.
