Hey there, i'm having constant issues with lag. I have an active ticket and am attempting to resolve it with the support staff, however none of their suggestions have bore any fruit yet. While I wait for their next suggestion, i thought i would throw this out here in hopes of a solution

I believe the issue has roots in being unable to ping or reach one of their servers. Running a trace route to this IP results in being told it's unreachable - see
