But personally I don't really use twitter, so having it there and NOT on the forums (which is as far as I am concerned their mail community platform) is a bad move on their part, like they have the header at the top... why not at least link it there.

Not sure about the US, but here in Canada we have Good Friday off rather than Monday. I believe Federal employees may get both.
Neither Good Friday nor Easter Monday are federal holidays in the U.S., although private businesses like ZOS can of course set their own holidays. Good Friday has some traction in the U.S. (markets, for example, are closed on Good Friday), but Easter Monday is very rarely a day off for any worker in the U.S.2 -

I hope you read that in THE voice. Hahaha. As well, I do think it's unfortunate they do not have one place they put the ETA. They have stated ETA's in forums threads before. I realize not everyone uses twitter (heck, I didn't 3 months ago), so makes sense. I must also say, not everyone uses the forums either
Gina, Jessica, all you lovely people. I have to agree that posting an ETA (as you have shown us you are now willing to give) in the forum message at the top would be great. I understand previously we were never given an ETA.. but now that it seems you guys do, it would be great info the always put in the same location each time.

I cannot agree with this statement more I'm gonna quote the announcement now.
The North American megaserver is now offline for the patch 2.0.4 maintenance and is currently unavailable. We will be performing the patch 2.0.4 maintenance on the European megaserver on Monday at 10:00PM EDT (Tuesday, 3:00AM BST).
For some reason they CAN do this for the EU server just not the NA one. I asked this question last week and someone said that it would require calling in people early, problems cropping up, overtime pay and so on. I myself have a Husky that's part wolf. She has timber wolf coat coloring and marking, and one ice blue eye and one golden brown eye. And shes a big spoiled cry baby. She makes yelping noises when the wolves in the game do when you hurt them, so I try to avoid fighting them. Can't they just be our pets and friends?
