I'll start this off with my most favourite topic: start to acknowledge the things you messed up instead of silencing them. Admit that you have an exploit problem and no clue how to deal with it.
The next point is the siege weaponry. Please explain again why you managed to mess up the increase? How can you make siege damage scale with character bonuses? Give them a fixed damage with the one and only applicable modifier being the emperor passive, nothing else. Don't tell me that this is already the fact, because the damage caused by the same type of siege is hugely different depending on player.
NPC range. I understand that it is a stupid mechanic to have the NPC guards be superfluous because of attack range. But how can you think the situation is better by making players pick up a treb instead? So you removed the option for most players to just pick up a bow and distract enemies (while having DKs still able to omfg-scales them), for what? To sell more siege?
Sneak and camouflage in general. What happened, and during which one of the last couple patches, where you managed to introduce an obvious glitch that enables you to target stealthed players through stealth?
If you introduce a mechanic like flare, make damned sure that the target of the flare is at least aware that everyone can see his scrawny backside. Otherwise just remove the stealth mechanic completely and be done with it.
Lagsploiting. Meteor is not the only one, but certainly the most obvious example. If you cannot curb the lag, then at least disable all abilities that allow players to circumvent resource limitations by lagging its consumption to allow multiple actuations.
I am absolutely convinced that this is only the tip of the iceberg. Start dealing, stop ducking.
