So, for about a week now(probably since the last patch) I've been having a hell of a time trying to enjoy this game. I would play for about 20-30 minutes and then I would be kicked to the login screen with no error message at all. This continued to happen every few minutes, so I thought maybe I should reinstall the game. Uninstalled and redownloaded. Now, during the download was another extremely frustrating problem. It would start off around 2 mbps and stay at that speed for about a minute, then drop down very quickly until it eventually hit 0.0 kbps and would not go back up unless I paused and resumed. At times it didn't stop completely, though it may as well have, it went town to about 150 kbps. I would pause, resume, and it would go back up to 1.5mbps-2mbps for another few minutes. Rinse repeat, rinse repeat. After two days of this it finally completed. Started playing again with no issues for about 24 hours. Then the next night the crashes returned, and they came back with a vengeance. At this point I was lucky if I could play for 5 minutes without a crash. I contacted customer support and they told me to move the depot folder to my desktop and run the launcher. So here I am reinstalling AGAIN with the exact same speed issues as before. I don't have the patience to sit through another two days of installation just so I can have the exact same issues all over again. I'm running out of patience with this game and Zenimax. I do enjoy the game when I can play for more than five minutes, but it's starting to feel like it's not worth the trouble. Zenimax will be losing a customer very soon if there isn't a fix for this.

    Hate to say it but join the crowd.... alot of us are having the same issues

    Not that it matters to anyone but, I have cancelled my Plus membership, and am going to uninstall after my old sub runs out.
    There is no enjoyment in having to CTRL<ALT<DELETE every twenty minutes.
    Constant random crashes, No explanations, and no fixes = No money from me anymore.

    Well they have patch tomorrow. If that doesn't fix these issues introduced from the last patch then I will probably be kicking it to the curb as well. I went through 6 months plus of issues and being unable to play. I was happy they had fixed the issues in 1.6 but this last patch shows it is still introducing a multitude off issues when they do release a patch.

    :p Beating your head against the wall only feels better when you stop.

    Maybe I will come back when things have been fixed or revamped, but I fear it will be F2P by then and I have had too many bad experiences with the F2P model to be a part of that again.

    Agree but I will give it a chance. Heck I haven't even received responses to the tickets I submitted

    I didn't rely on the tickets I put in when I contacted them. I actually went to the support page, filled it out with a phone number and info on the issues I was having, then I received a call from them in less than five minutes.
