My friend played during the beta and was fine. When it became free to play he re-installed it, well tried to. When he downloads the esoinstaller.exe he double clicks it to run it it will load with a flashing status bar then promptly close. He is using webroot like I do and webroot allows this to go through, I made him uninstall avg and norton because webroot is better imo. After having no luck he bought it on steam, It will download all 48ish gigs but then will not launch. We check the folder for it and almost everything is missing so we validate the cache to find out 778 files missing every time. We downloaded it 5 times so far to the same files missing. So please help
