Where can I find this Armor set?

Hi everyone I was searching for this set piece drop location for ever I mean never found a single piece or know anyone who has it!

This site tells wrong drop location as I spent days and days there and not a single one dropped, can you help me out?

I got pieces of this set in Coldharbour, they dropped from mobs as well as from treasure chests.
I am not sure if they drop as well from lvl 45ish+ scaled instances.

How do you mean, you get it as lvl v14 or? And what kind of mobs?

I had two pieces last week that I immediately deconned. It's not worth keeping <VR armour. I think if you hit the high end of the last Gold Region of Craglorn the opponents there might drop them as VR but I don't know and I won't know until I get there.
