Yes. Have had a couple times I've needed to lodge tickets. Best one was a bugged quest in Cold Harbor where you change into a monkey to get through a wall. Was impossible to do. Lodged a ticket and less than 60 minutes later had a DM pop online and teleport me through the wall. Only lodged it then because there was about six others with same issue. Was great support. The other ticket was regarding what turned out to be a known issue and was fixed in the next patch.
That's only times I've needed it and was happy with both response times and actions taken.
Personally this is the first MMO I've played so was actually surprised by the good service. Given the number of people that play these games and the constant on onslaught they must be under. Possibly I'm more patient than other people but generally if I find a bug that stops me doing something I'll just another thing in game to do and come back and see after a patch.
Once i accidentally sold a master dagger, got it back within 2 days.
Once i didnt get a gold key from a pledge, i got the standard reward from the pledge but without a key, took about 5 days and got 2 keys in return.

Support has been pretty good to me so far. No complaints and hope they only improve along with the game to become outstanding.

Its better than steams support. But the only thing they actually did was send me a slap on the wrist for openly flaming the emp flip/ lagsploit guild in zone chat one day.
they also once contacted me a few months later about an issue that eventually fixed itself.

I've only had to contact support once and they fixed my problem within 30 minutes of my initial email. I was happy and pleasantly surprised with how prompt they were.
Haven't had issues requiring help desk support for several months. Every prior issue I've had with the company was promptly and satisfactorily deatl with.
There support people are great, its the guys that tell us information(most of them on the forums), than retract what they said, are the ones I have a problem with and complain about.
That being said, I was having some issues with crafting back when the game first launched. I sent in a ticket. I got a 2-3 page email back about explicit details on how all aspects of the crafting system worked. Ive also reported a few people in game, for reasons I didn't even know are reportable. Which I say when I file, and most of the time they follow up on those...which could easily be viewed as me just complaining, but they follow up either way.
Yup, every ticket I have ever placed has been resolved in an acceptable amount of time with a positive outcome.
I have even received free game time from some of the more major issues earlier in the games life.
I won't pretend like it doesn't have its issues as I know people who have had them, but from my personal experience by being polite, explaining clearly and having some patience all issues can be resolved in a positive way.

I've had some good experience with the support when they actually get back to you. Sometimes if they can't help they just don't get back at all. The thing I find amusing is how you only get the "please rate you're customer support experience" email when it's been an easy fix for them. Go figure.
Just got emailed a reply to my 3rd ticket. Like the other 2, the email just just full of copy pasted advice not even remotely relevant to the ticket. Has anyone ever actually had a preoblem resolved by this system???
Some people still miss their loyalty rewards and crowns from conversion 16-17th March and they didn't do anything about it...
To those who are having trouble with support, i recommend to re submit your tickets. I use to work for NCsoft (god help me) and i saw a lot of simple issues not being resolved due to the support agent who is helping said person simply not caring. You have those like my self who do what they can to help then you have others who sit there for the minimum wage paycheck and just copy/paste everything. USUALLY if you can get someone on the phone they are more helpful, because they can not just copy/past anything.
