And even now EP owns everything but 2 keeps. So crap all over AD and DC for completely abandoning their post in Thornblade and making it a crap campaign. Now everyone has to bounce around again until we can find another home where battles will once again be fierce.
ESO has never had so many players as it does right now and almost all campaigns are locked during peak hours. But right now only EP has thornblade locked and the other maps are looking normal. Then there is Haderus where AD goes to hide and be alone and do their thing instead of fighting for their place in Thornblade. Now this is turning into a switch campaign match because no one really likes to have tough battles they just like steamrolling.
Maybe they left because they got tired of the intense lag and all the other crap associated with that monstrosity you call a campaign?
there are campaigns besides thornblade that have competition you know.
blackwater blade, azuras star, chillrend.... heck the onyl real buff server left is haderus, and im pretty sure Imortali and all the other guilds will go back and liberate it again at some point.

so basically, thornblade will be the place to go if one has nothing else to go to. I would much rather stay in the non-vet and fight newbs, or go to azuras or chillrend with less pop, if it meant avoiding all the lag and all the other ridiculous crap associated with thornblade

Strange... I was just dueling in Chillrend and it was a lagfest.
It's not just Thornblade. The lag is everywhere. Cool story tho, bro.

its not in blackwater blade.
it was not in azura last i visited it
heck i bet some people may even end up going to haderus and trying it out.
I'm sorry if people don't want to come and be lagged to defenselessness so you can get easy kills, or so you can gate camp them for 8 hours straight.
you see, people play video games to HAVE FUN.
getting lagged to death certainly is not fun.

I normally solo pvp... But I've been involved in some of the biggest, most fun, large battles that I've seen since launch just recently in the last two weeks.
I guess just right place right time tho.
Changing campaigns to a less populated one isn't going to change that. It'll be the same ppl. Same play styles.

We are a large DC guild who left and went to another campaign. Battles are just as big as were in Thorn. It's nothing like Thorn. The second day of the campaign in Thorn we all crashed to desktop at Chal when we stormed the flags and when we relogged ep was repairing. This doesn't happen in our new home, yet. And I stress yet because I am under no delusions that the BADS in your alliance will come wreck our good time there someday too. But for now get in the ap foodstamp line in Thorn because nobody wants to be around your faction anymore. Deal with it.

I home in the (or one of the) campaign/s where they all ended up. I was there when they all "popped in for a break" as they said and discovered no enemy resistance because of the time of day. They took 4 keeps with 16 people (which my guild did often at that time of day with 7 or 8) After all, as I said, there was no resistance at all. They felt so OP. I was in their TS listening to them hoot and hollar about how great they were. It was pathetic.
So, they all switched to where they felt they could compete better. Don't let them tell you anything otherwise, for it is a lie. They might have visited during a time of lag, but they stayed cause "Look there are no enemy here. We are so awesome against these NPCs"
Flash forward a few hours. The enemy logged on and wiped the floor with them. It's back to being 100% non-blue.
But they've already homed here. So, I'm not sure what will happen next. I expect it will probably turn into a "night/day capping" nightmare where the map flips almost completely twice a day. No real combat to be found. No strategy. No tactics.
They run their DC zerg until the enemy log in. Then they call it a night....and the enemy run their zerg back until they retake everything.
WHY I CARE: I actually wanted our low pop server to gain popularity. But I didn't want it to be dominated by zerg guilds. (even small uneffective DC zergs). I experienced lag again for the first time in this low-pop campaign. Already I hear complaints of exploiters.
You zerg-guilds (from all factions) need to realize YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. You keep running from lag and running from exploiters. They keep following you because you breed them yourself. Play the game differently, or just pick a spot and stay there.
