Rededication Shrine

OK, I have a player in DC that is lvl 46. I wanted to try to re-spec some skill points but the rededication shrine isn't in the cathedral, only the shrine of Mara. Am I missing something or is there a way to re-spec my skill points, and/or attribute points at all at this point, or do I have to wait until I reach Vet status?

✭✭✭✭✭Ah, you must be looking in Daggerfall.
The Re-dedication Shrines are in Zone 2 for your Alliance. So, go to Wayrest.
Not sure if they are in the 3rd to 5th zones or not, never looked really. I think there is one in Coldharbor too, but not sure.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
