Experiencing slow texture load times when entering buildings etc.

Hi
I've played since beta, and for the first time I'm seeing long load time when I enter certain areas.
I will enter and everything is white.
Slowly the interior detail will pop in, until the area is complete.
This all stated with the big patch.
My friend says he's seeing the same thing.
Is this common and does anyone know if there it a setting change of quality reduction that will get rid of this?

✭✭✭I turned off depth of field because it was giving me a headache for some reason. When I did, I noticed I didn't have long load time on more detailed textures when entering conversations anymore.
