Is it fun? Honest question, is zerging it up to pop lock even at 5am fun for you guys? It seems boring to me.

I guess it is marginally more fun than being on the other side of the zerging? You are going to find that any opposition is going to peace the hell out so you can pve in your dead buff campaign

Multiple DC guilds have switched campaigns from tb or are in the process of switching.

They may not be doing it intentionally, but they have no qualms about taking advantage of the situation when it occurs and it certainly seems that they benefit from it the most. It's that kind of win at all cost attitude that kills the pvp in this game.

haha. u call EP nightcapping what about DC the last camp? did do that alot. and 1more thing EP getting lagged out alot to by DC and AD. and both factions have taken scrolls and keeps durning that time to. so stop Crying saying that EP is the only bad ones here...

Thorn now looks like Aurial's Bow after 1 month, empty 1 colored map. Sad, that ZOS failed to fix PvP for the last year.
Btw, i almost never lag on thorn, but get instant diconnect when get close to mass enemy. 1 moment full controll of char and surroundings, next - i can move, fps above 40, but, everything around me is frozen, and can't use skills. At those moments it's "funny" to walk in frozen theater, knowing, that when i log back i will either lose big AP/exp tick or will be dead. 30 sec after everyone freezed I get to login screen w/o any error.

Nah, Im leaving Chillrend tonight, the mnassive trains have come their and ruined it too. I never had a single issue with abiltiies not working, etc, great epic siege and battles with guys like Vortexman, Zazeer, Agrippa, had an absolute blast the last few weeks, Now, its just a lagfest. A few large AD guilds have shown up and completely ruined the fragile pop balance we had their.

Its nothing now to see 70+ AD trains running around all stacked together lagging things out.

You would be wise not to home Chillrend and find someplace else, thats what im doing while not pvp as much since i need to level my alt.

Yup. The blue guilds that were there on Chillrend were some of the first to bail. They're found on another campaign already.

That first night we tried Chillrend out and there was only one known guild/train on each faction and they didn't fight too often (largely putting out fires caused by opposition pug teams), the campaign was fun, unlaggy, and we had a blast. It felt like Dawnbreaker or early Chillrend. We had one big fight with Decibel and we were able to GG and GF each other afterwards.

Didn't take long for that to fall apart.

When glade was hit today, there were less than 20 at Glade.
I think we don't have 3 bars.

Bars and pop locks are not accurate. Thorn will show 3 bars and it will be a ghost town. EP pop locked with a zerg of hundreds. Fun.

A few DC guilds moved to Haderus. It was fun last night even though we were heavily outnumbered by AD. Good battles, minimal lag.

There is no point to playing in a campaign where you and your group can't compete because you are unable to execute abilities due to 999+ ping.

Save yourself the frustration. The grass is greener! Well, the grass is greener when you avoid the EP group that consistently has the ball in their court...

It is perplexing to go to a different campaign, where this particular EP group is NOT playing, and have large battles without interruption to executing abilities. Either way, this is the ONLY way to play ESO at the moment... is to avoid that particular EP group.

I hear all kinds of fantastical ideas as to this EP group and what they do to cause the lag... from manipulating game mechanics to down right using hacks... LOL... I can't help but laugh at the hack idea...

However, the fact remains... enjoyable PvP occurs when playing in a campaign that doesn't have this particular EP group in it. So, that is what one must do... unfortunately...

Do yourself a favor... play in a campaign where this EP group is not... and if you don't know this group by name... get with a good PvP guild and talk it over with them...

It's not about giving up. 4/1 prime time est from about 7-9 pm 24 of my group members all were crashed to desktop at Chalman-TWICE. Both times when we came pouring in the inner and were about to rush the flag. Twice? Same strategic time? Same guild/ep players there? It isn't pvp on Thorn anymore. It's just not and when the choice is to either a. Stay and crash nightly and get rolled by BADS and be angry about it or b. Move on and find a new home and have FUN the choice is simple. I want my guild to have fun- even if the odds are against us and we have to fight to assert ourselves on a new campaign. Bottom line is 100% of us would rather do that because in that case we are actually playing the game then. This is my downtime-I work hard and this is my primary hobby. RL has enough unfair garbage and underhanded people walking on your back to get ahead-don't need to tolerate that in a video game as well. For the first time in a long time my Ts was filled with laughter and joviality. And more of my guildees participated. Many had quit because of the shenanigans on TB.

Sure, Imperial city, dark brotherhood, mirkmire, all sound nice and interesting but I wonder what will happen to PvP when CONSOLE releases. Will they all join EP 300+ queues complete Cyrodiil domination 24/7 multiple campaigns? That'd be an interesting thing to see.

This implies consoles on same server as PC.

Lag doesn't discriminate, that's for sure. But have you noticed it rarely occurs when a certain faction/group is taking a keep and usually occurs and to the point of crashing when they're losing a keep? The trend isn't terribly hard to follow and chronicle. And it has ruined pvp in TB but not in all campaigns.

the last time i visited thornblade, it was nothing but complete and utter lack of balance, and horrendus lag. thornblade is basically all of PvPs problems packed into one campaign.

it may be the most competitive, but it is by far, the worst campaign in NA.

Just leave it for another campaign. It will save you much frustration and you will have a lot more fun afterwards.

Azura's is good now lot of dc action there some very good dc guilds, AD ( me ) and EP are getting asses handed to them , no lag and good fights so the experienced pvpers can come here and help AD and EP. No need to bring lag here whoever it is...

Bounced in to TB today for a bit and had fun but I expect that to change prime time tonight. I don't really care about the scores any more or even population balance. So long as I can get a good fight where I can control my character and see what's going on around me. If that means bouncing around, so be it.

Its not the server its the zerg guilds... Who run 24 to 32 battle groups that spam healing springs and meteor.

Its not the fault of those guilds its ZOS design of the game.... Healing encourages stacking

Oh really? So 24 people healing and dropping meteors will cause everyone in the area to crash to desktop? Sorry, not buying it. Lots of battles run this course and don't result in 30+ people all crashing to desktop.

Not only do we rarely have 24 against a usually far superior number, but we crash too. Arguing with you is pointless.
