Can't get e-mails from eso

To begin this post I would like to say that I pre-ordered the elder scrolls online last year, and only had a chance to play the early access because I don't have any credit cards and couldn't find any game-time cards anywhere. I have contacted the support team to change my e-mail address because I for some reason can't get any e-mails from the no-reply elder scrolls online email account,but they're security is so good I can't get my own email changed. I assume I can't get e-mails because it has something to do with aol because its not on my side. My firewall isn't blocking it, I have checked my spam and trash, I have checked my settings in aol, and I don't have any anti-virus to block out the e-mail. I was wondering if anyone possibly had a fix for this because I have looked for literally hours and I've seen people with the same issues but they haven't been resolved.

    Does CS no longer give the option of receiving a phone call instead of an e-mail?

    I can still get e-mails from the support team but for some reason can't get them from their no-reply email with the verification code to login to the game because it says my computer is not authorized to login to the game.

    some provider have filters used to remove email they think are unwanted before it reach your mail box and your own settings. Did you ask AOL about it?

    I've tried to get in contact with aol, they're just extremely hard to get in contact with about things like this

    Anyone have a fix for this type of issue?

    I have a friend who I gave a physical copy of ESO as a gift. He has tried over the past 10 days to login. He is not getting any replies. He has tried with 4 different e-mails (one yahoo) and then also at his own domain (Owlsfoot) none of them are AOL.

    No reply. No automated sign up e-mail. Not in spam, not in trash not anywhere.

    I actually went to the trouble of filling out a ticket mentioning him and I got back "we can't tell you what we do with anyone else's account" - which I totally get, but still. He has hears absolutely nothing from ESO.

    This is a guy that spent a TON on "Addict"quest - he would be a great customer.

    I'm so frustrated. And sad for him.

    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
    House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    I was just about to post about this same issue. I was trying to log in to my account page so I could cancel my subscription but I'm not receiving the email from them with the authorization code. I dont want them to have another dime of mine. Let me know if you find a fix.
