Veteran Storm Knight's Plate Set

Hello everybody,
im not sure wether this topic belongs here, but ive not found a better category.
Im currently trying to collect pieces of the Storm Knight's Plate set, for my v14 NB. For some reason, I cant find any setpieces above v8 besides the Necklace and Cuirass. I've checked every guild store in main cities for a week now, but I only ended up finding v7-8 stuff for the rest of the set. Also, the set isnt really popular so noone can tell me about it or where it drops, but I really wanna finish the set.
So is there actually pieces above v8? It would be extremly silly to have a necklace and cuirass at v12 but nothing else?! Also Ive seen a cuirass at v13 in guild stores, maybe by a chest?
Itd be awesome if someone could clear things up for me since Im slowly driving crazy by confusion

Looks like it comes in under-vet levels, levels VR 7/8, and VR10-12 come from Craglorn bosses.0 -
heystreethawk✭✭✭✭✭I have this set kicking around in V12-- what you should do is go to guild traders in craglorn and the other major cities, and sort by heavy armor -> sturdy trait (ugh I hate that it's sturdy). the only really expensive/rare piece, I believe, is the shield; it's not a different, useful trait or anything, but it's usually 60k because it doesn't drop very often. I recommend not purchasing the shield.GM of Fantasia
