Level 9 NB wanting to respec

Hi all.
I'm very new to ESO and never really did get into Elder Scrolls. I played some of the beta of ESO and got stuck a bit and quit. When the game went non sub option I bought it and boy it has been fun. Loving the graphics and quest lines etc. I've really not experienced anything like it. The building of characters is a bit different than I'm used to but now sort of understand the basics since I've watched some vids and poked around here. I'm having a tough time currently because I started earlier with shield and sword so all of the quest rewards were giving me heavy armor. I then realized I don't really want to be a tank so I switched to 2 handed. So now my skills are sort of messed up and unbalanced and I'm dying a lot. Some of the dying a lot might also have to do with getting into content that is now 3 levels or so above my level. I'm not sure why that happened. Anyone, finally a question which I think I already know the answer to. I know you can find a rededication shrine and spend gold to respec. But I also know that only exists in 3 zones for which I'm not a high enough level yet. So am I just stuck? Any friendly suggestions?

ch1no92✭✭If you are in Aldmeri dominion, message me anytime. We can get together and I'll personally take you to a respec zone. I honestly dont think you'll have to pay too much. I can respec all my stuff (and im vet 1) for less than $10k. As long as you have enough gold then you should be fine.

robynheraty_ESO✭✭✭Same here. I have vets in the other two factions and would take you to a respec shrine if you message me. I'm in the game most mornings and again in the evening (PST.)

Flynch✭✭✭✭You could always reroll as well - L9 is only a few hours work (if the respec price is too hefty)1 -
Woolenthreads✭✭✭✭If you're only a L9 you won't get to respec until you leave the first region. Have you done the starter locations? If you have, then look around the starter city and try to find quest markers, because while characters tend to die often early on, usually they are about equal to their opposition, so it sounds like you bypassed a lot of quests. Keep in mind that the main region quest is not a race and that there are plenty of other things to do while getting to a main region quest which help level you up.Oooh look, lot's of Butterflies! cpazb14_ESOSoul ShrivenThanks all for the offers. I may take you up on it. Also Thanks to the other suggestions. Rerolling doesn't seem like the best option. Seems like quite a lot of time spent to get here. I started the quests right from where I started after the initial line that got me to the world and hit up every quest I could find. I did even go back and find some quests that I hadn't finished. I'm usually pretty good and feeling my way around MMOs but this one seems a little trickier. In the meantime I am having to reinstall the whole game as I had a pc issue during the patch today and when it finally finished installing the game would not load.0

cpazb14_ESOSoul Shriven@ch1no92 I just wanted to say Thank you. It was very kind of you to take a break from your questing to get me to a respec zone. Although I wasn't sure at the time it did help a lot and now I'm up to level 15 and can go there myself. I'm having a great time with the game and the community is awesome.
