Another awesome "Lock out all your skills" bug for Templars

If you use RD while silenced or have the silence bubble on you (like the one tower mages will cast on you) you will be locked out of you entire skill bar for about 30 seconds. Oh and you are slowed to around 30-40% normal speed for the duration too.
It's getting ab it ridiculous how many of these "you can't use any skills for 30 seconds" bugs we are having to deal with.

✭I bug ticketed my Templar issues yesterday, not that I think it will get fixed anytime soon. If I weren't so lazy I'd video my toon over-charging all the time, or better yet in running man stance and make music video of shame, but I'm lazy
I did however mention to them LOTRO's optional auto targeting, maybe they can call the devs of an 07 game to learn some fixes for this one. This Templar was sup to replace my Sorc as a main, however the bugs make me want to stop playing after about an hour at a timeIf options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!1 -

Agreed. Whoever came up with the design should be shot in the foot and only admitted to hospital when he manages to find 3 other people willing to maim themselves the same way in order to accompany him.

✭✭Had problems tonight using my ice staff & skill bar, all skills locked out. Swapped over to my fire staff, no skill lock, switched back to the ice staff, it was working again along with all skills.Your immersion is breaking my entitlement. Buff Sorc's.
