This is, apparently, a thing in some other games. If you use /ignore not only do you no longer see that player's chat, you no longer see that player's CHARACTER. Obviously this would have to be turned off in Cyrodil but it would finally completely eradicate the ongoing problem of player harassment. Please consider this solution ZoS as player harassment by other players is now growing in scope. Thank you.
Is seeing a persons character really bothering you that much?
What's the issue?

If you revisit the thread, some comments were removed.
Think they may intend to reopen it once it is fully sweeped.
Wait and see.
(Support your idea though; seeing as they should also have the power to merge this thread into your other one if it is properly unlocked).

I just had the best idea ever...
What if:
300 Crowns - Summon Game Master
Since this is a megaserver... Isn't it possible to have RP's flag as such and be taken as a group to a low pop instance for social events? Seems like the tech to do this already exists. And it would solve many of the issues people are sharing.
Kinda sad though. Not a RP'er myself, but had a blast watching about 30 WW's get together for a clan meeting. Hell, one of them even bit my lowbie alt. I lol'd, thanked him/her and eventually did the quest.
