But yes that's why they lowered the proc chance on Valkyn set.
They really just need to remove the Meteor Ultimate and be done with it.1 -

✭✭I would be shocked if all the lag in Cyrodiil was due to one ultimate. I suspect that it's not since lag was a problem well before people started using it. If I had to guess, I'd say the people calling for Meteor removal are probably the same ones that don't use it and/or die from it. Just a hunch though.:trollin:6 -

I wouldn't say it was 100% meteor.....partly the increased AoE targets and extra calcs.
Lower the number of calcs, or drop them.
Anything that can be exploited will be exploited0 -

ZOS fix for lag.
Add an incentive for going into Cyrodil delves... a 20% AP bonus for killing a boss.
Then lock people who go into the devles out of Cyrodil overland... and make the buff pointless because the Queue time > Buff Duration.

Got to realize what they are talking about. Lag prior to 1.6 was mostly an issue of performance of your machine (guildies always would say I am lagging and I would go Wut?), now its a broken mechanix. Sad thing is Meteor was the first ult I was using way back in the day and I thought really? That is worthless.... Now with buffs and an exploit applied I am pretty certain its the major force.
