That depends on what resource you want your Sorcerer to use. If you're thinking going Magicka, then most likely a Breton of Altmer. If you're thinking of going Stamina, then Imperial or Redguard are good choices, especially for melee, where as Bosmer would make a pretty good Stamina DPS for either melee or ranged.Edited by Vandril on April 1, 2015 6:16AM0 -

- +4% Elemental Damage (Will buff nearly every Sorcerer spell.)
- +9% Magicka Recovery

Xael✭✭✭✭✭Altmer - High Elf is technically the best choice for a caster dps sorc.
I went Dunmer (dark elf) for other reasons and I do not have any regrets. Also I am a vr14 former emperor.
However with the changes to stat caps Altmer will always be top of the damage for caster dps. Unless of course you don't know how to play...I got killed in pvp, nerf everything...0 -
