Loading screen takes forever. (now stuck 10 mins)

when selecting a character and entering the game loading takes way too long.
like a minute or two.
when loging off same thing.
this last time now i loged off it is still loading. at least 10-15 minutes now. stuck. little circle spinning.
(a guard killed me. and i was not allowed to resurect on my spot or at a wayshrine either, so i loged off)
this is weird, cause i have the game installed on an ssd (ocz vertex 3).
where i have all my mmos. and none of them takes more than 3 seconds to load anything.

what could be the porblem?

Belrim✭✭✭Was having the exact same issues with it last couple of patches. One thing sorts it usually:
1: go to program files/ zenimax online folder, there rename the launcher folder to something else like launcher.old
2: re-install the launcher from https://account.elderscrollsonline.com
3: set the game launch as administrator from the desktop icon properties/settingsEarly bird gets the worm, but second mouse gets the cheese.0
