Yes, I never had this until 1.6 and now I get it when zoning a lot (after being kicked to login). Anecdotal evidence shows that it always occurs when attempting to zone or rez into an area with a presumably high population, such as a pop-locked campaign or Rawl'Kah.2 -

I've only had this happen twice, once right after the 1.6 update and once about a week ago. Does anyone know what it means? Is it something like "too many people on the server", "you've been inactive too long", or is it just a thing that randomly happens and we don't know anything beyond the fact that it's annoying?PC-NA | Been around since closed beta

Actually I can't when you type brackets in thread title it deletes them.1 -
Incidentally, as a bit of added information, this only happens when I am in cyrodiil. Grouped, ungrouped, mount, unmounted, packed area, empty area, during loading screens, inside delves, even in npc screens. It seems totally random when it will strike. Never happens outside cyrodiil tho for me. Oh and i used about 20 addons. Disabling them doesnt really bring any meaningful changes so far.0 -

Valymer✭✭✭✭✭A wild stab in the dark would be to assume that the server is failing to create shards for highly populated zones correctly, so if you try to port to one of them, rez in one of them, or in the case of Cyrodiil just being in them will cause the error. Only the coders could know for sure though0
