If you start your PvP time off slaying a boss in a Delve, you're going to gain AP faster.
A little PvE before your PvP if you're trying to maximize AP gains.
Sounds neat, but not sure how well this will work out; we have occasionally run into problems shoving large groups into delves, getting hung up on the door.
I just called my friend who pvps. His idea is why do they want to try and force people who only want to pvp into delves. Cyrodill shouldnt even have delves. So ya useless coding again when we have major issues need addressed in cyrodill.
I like the delves and other PvE elements that make Cyrodiil feel fleshed out. I enjoy PvE and PvP equally. Ironically, though, this will make it tougher for my characters who haven't completed the Cyrodiil content but that just makes it more of a challenge.
I was about to check cyrodiil delves, but will postpone this and wait how it will go. Or will find a campaign where my side is dominating and nobody else is left. Will see. But right now this item is suddenly dropped in priority to the end of the list

Oh it's definitely for the PVP players- they're the ones who can actually use the AP bonus. PVE players who are only there to clear delves and collect skyshards and lore books can't really make any use of it unless they kill someone in self defense.jamesharv2005ub17_ESO wrote: »It's not for the PVEers. I used to PVE in Cyrodiil, but I guess I won't be doing that anymore since this new feature appears to be designed to make people like me easy prey for the PVP gankers.
Oh well. Plenty of other things to do.
Everyone I know who is into PVP hates PVE. So ya its not for the pvp people.

Because everyone you know is everyone.
I love to PvP, and I love to PvE. My guild does PvE in Cyrodiil pretty heavily. And the PvP in delves is awesome. The most awesome experience was when all three alliances were represented in one delve. DC and EP were fighting near a boss, and we were stealthed, and kept drawing monsters in to fight in the other two alliances fight. By the time they figured out that there was a third group in there, we were able to down the combined players left. Then... on the way back out after killing the boss, we ran into the EP group again. Then while we were fighting them, the DC group came back.
Good times, good times.
I said everyone I know. Might help to actually read the post before responding to it.
Doesn't every alliance have a delve like practically inside their scroll gates?

That means that the point I was making went directly over your head. Perhaps because you're the one that didn't read the post.
Hell for all we know people who hardcore PvP might not even think the time investment going to a delve and killing a boss is worth it. They might just shrug their shoulders, and just go to where the battles are. I doubt everyone is going to stop what they're doing every hour and re-farm a delve to get the buff again.
Carry on.
I get that, what I don't get is the complaint that PvE'rs are going to take up spots in the campaigns because of a change like this.

The only point you had was I claimed everyone I know is everyone. All I claim is the people I personally know.
Brings back memories and the joy of Darkness Falls in DAOC. I would love that zone in this game. Huge massive sized dungeon with 3 entrance points, 1 for each faction. Monsters/Bosses get progressively harder as you go deeper and deeper till you meet the other faction at the intersection where all 3 sides can fight. Special loot merchants for gear earned in there....
That's my hope for imperial city! I say top 2 factions on scoring can always zone in and fight in the city, push the 3rd out, but the drawback is you're in there that 3rd alliance is working on earning way back in.
I would also say balance it, the 2 sides allowed in earn same amount of points to the war totals for fighting in there.... random thoughts...
good times in Darkness Falls and DAOC
