How can I to increase objects loading speed?

How can I to increase objects loading speed? In my game I experienced strange issue: I have good fps in most situations (30-50 or more), but when I start ride on a horse or fast running, some objects do not loading fast enough. Example low detailed building, stairs without steps, no NPCs for some seconds. What is reason of this issue? Are there game settings for eliminating this issue? Lower texture quality? Lower render distance?

It could indeed be your texture streaming. If the hard drive is a 5400rpm, which comes in a lot of laptops, then I imagine it would have issues with loading the textures. The 6850M is also an "end of life" gpu with only 1gb of VRAM allotted to it. I wouldn't expect much from it. If you happen to have Windows 7 64bit you may want to look for unparking cpu cores--windows 8 is supposed to do this for you. Also, regarldess of your windows version, make sure you take off your power saving features for better CPU performance. Good luck!

Game is growing up with a details and features. I think this new horse speed is too much for my system. Also new players too.. I don't think that my system need further setting. It is run good. But why ESO so poorly using second core (CPU1 & CPU3)? I tried disable core parking (I use Windows 7 64) but it was useless.

There is 2 reasons ESO uses cores so poorly:

    1: DirectX 11/9
    2: bad optimization

It sounds like your view distance is set pretty low. Can you post the specs of your pc please? CPU. GPU. RAM amount, etc.

Hard Drive. That is your issue. Throw ESO on a SSD and those texture popping issues go away.

I use "high" preset for the distance - 37. My system is notebook Acer Aspire 7750G (Intel Core i5 2.4-3.0GHz, 4Gb RAM, AMD Radeon 6850M 1024Mb). It is not low distance issue. Something wrong with loading speed (HDD or cache). Probable I must reduce overall memory usage for ESO.
