    As per edited OP, while yes I am V13, another guildie who is V14 also could not see the V14 gear, only the V13 gear. I can see the V14 "surprise boxes" but not the straight gear.

    lol an EP zergling saying that I am beneath him, if you want me to show my level and yours with even numbers just ask for a guild vs guild event. I think I know the end result ;)

    Where exactly is this elusive vendor in DC? I have a feeling my game is glitched and he/she isn't showing up.

    Map or descriptive would be appreciated.
