That actually gives me an idea. Why not make them a PvP ability with a 7 day cooldown or something like that. They become a very precious resource at that point. With other changes to them to prevent death porting of course.2 -

IF you Die the enemy should be able to loot ALL of your posessions and you should have to spawn at some random wayshrine DEEP in enemy territory. I'm glad I happened to used to roll around with my inventory full of camps since I was always the last man standing when my group wiped.
