Shield stuck on HP bar maybe bugging because of meteor

Just a heads up to zos to just have a look into this. For some time now a lot of us have seen our shield stuck in various positions on the HP bar even on addons like FTC and GGframes etc.
I noticed a few times that it happened and suspected that it happened after being hit by meteor, yesterday my shields were fine I was hit by meteor and the shields stuck. I mentioned this to a guildie so that he could keep an eye on his shield and later he told me that his had stuck after a meteor hit. Can you please look into this as the bug is awful to have in pvp.

✭its definatly corrolated to healingward not beeing properly removed from the bar when the heal is provided.spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused

I have this bug withour meteor and healing ward.
I have both shields up (class + harness), a templar does jabs, my shieldbar is frozen.
This happens not everytime, but sometimes and this was just one example.0 -

I havent been able to reliably recreate it, but it does not have a direct or exclusive correlation with meteor. It happens randomly and wherever/whenever. Only way to get the shield/ward off your healthbar(display issue only) is to relog.
I have a slight suspicion this happens when other people are also using wards around/near you.

I noticed that I only get the bug when at least a little bit of lag is involved. It never happend to me in PvE, and it almost never happens in PvP when playing solo outside of prime time. However, it is only a question of time till it happens during prime-time PvP - usually 15-30 minutes of playing.
I have not yet managed to pinpoint what causes the display bug, but the only way to clear it is to relogg...
