Semi Customizable Player houses
Yep. Gonna be that girl.
Too many foods? Store it in the kitchen.
Alchemy stuffs out the wazoo? We have an alchemy lab for that.
Why can't I hold all these runes? Because you haven't stuck them in the chest next to your enchantment table.
Same for Wood, Metal and Cloth.
But wait, isn't having everything storage for everything a little too much? Yes. That's why you'll have to pick which things you want at the expense of others similar to Skyrim's Hearthfire.
Except maybe you could have variable size housing from the cost effecient tiny cottage to much bigger mansions. Bigger houses, more storage, more cost, higher taxes.
