Enchanting Potencies

Is it me, or does it seem like the number of available Potencies for Enchanting are severely disproportionate to other gathering materials?
It's like the "Fell Hide" of Leatherworking in terms of Enchanting. By comparison, I'm statistically 10 times more likely to find Aspects or Essences.

✭✭Blame it on RNG. From my experience there is as good a chance for all runes to spawn. The key is to collect all runes so a different rune has a chance to spawn. If you run a route in an area doing this, you should have plenty of all types of runes, except Kuta, of course
