Vampire should be a Ultimate

They should have to build up a ultimate just like werewolf and when they flip all their gear goes out the window and they get a new ability bar that has Claws , Teeth , Mist Form , Bats and Fear . When they flip they no longer look like a normal person so they can blend into crowds and change into this blood crazed beast at Level 4 . No more fire damage or negative effects at stages 1-3 just slight Magica increases . When transformed fire and evil hunter skills hurt like hell .
Then WW and Vamp will be equal and we can end the threads about balance .
Edit to add - Joking here . Need some ideas to bring Vampire and Werewolf under the same roof of enjoyably and strength . Let's include Evil Hunters in the talk too if we can .

I was about to say--if you want it to be an ultimate that lasts an extremely short time like WW then be my guest. I don't think you would like that though.1 -

Just wanted to shed some light on some to see how crappy it is for Lycans right now and what it would be like if Vampires were balanced the same way . I agree, but not necessarily an ultimate. Would prefer both Vamp and WW to be a toggle (ie Vampire Lord form) which gives specific abilities like WW does.0 -

Vampire Lords especially are an insanely rare, and overpowered creature which is able to lay siege to entire towns by itself. If such an insanely powerful creature is given to the player it would be gimed to oblivion just like the current vampires and werewolves for "balancing".
Giving players a vampire lord transformation would degrade its infamous reputation. They are rare, and insanely powerful. If such an ability is given to the players? It would no longer be either rare nor powerful.
They already ruined the infamous strengths and weaknesses of both lycanthropes and vampires, I do not want them to further ruin vampires by giving players access to one of the most strongest and powerful creatures on Nirn.

I say we remove WW ultimate or Make Vamp a Ultimate . It doesn't have to be a Vampire Lord Ultimate it could just make their fangs pop out and there eyes light up like a stop light ... But fair is fair

In all seriousness though, what we need in my opinion is a "Dawnguard"-kind DLC for ESO.
Mass improvements on all three sides: Werewolves, Vampires and Monster Hunters.
With improvements, I don't mean buffs, but rather more content based around the three (Quest-lines, zones and all the good stuff), along with deeper skill trees etc.
Also, give Wolves a normal Ulti they can use in human form and give Vamps a transformation Ulti in turn? Then both lil' beasties can choose which one they want to use.@Aerieth - PC EU Megaserver

Excellent idea. To be fair though, the monster hunters could need some pretty awesome weapons and skills to combat them.
Also, I would personally love to see some more of the were-creatures represented in ESO.What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
