my stats health/magicka/stamina have changed while in Cyrodiil... also my crits change often

i have been experiencing this phenomenon very often lately... now i hit veteran 14 yesterday,... i crafted new gear in purple, today i bought the glyphs in purple and put them on my gear while in Cyrodiil and checked that the numbers of the attribute suit me... now while i was doing some pve-dailies in Cyrodiil i noticed big change of those numbers...
i already gave up to understand why critical chance changed from 59% to 62% to 61% then back to 59% sometimes even 58%, but now even the core stats start to change while playing?
Please let me know if you have experienced this issue over and over again like me..

✭✭✭✭✭this is nothing new, infact i have had that same problem even as far back as into the beta, i reported it and said things about to other people many times. no responce ....
i even made this thread about it a while ago ...
