I'm assuming it unlocks at a higher level. Just curious when...

And with that question in mind, is there a way to switch between weapon setups (dual wield/2h in my case)

At lvl 15 you get the 2nd hotbar.

"We have found a cave, but I don't think there are warm fires and friendly faces inside."

Thank you! I think I found an add on for switching weapon set ups (Swap).
