✭✭✭✭✭Get out there and Quest my young Padawan. You will enjoy the game more, level up faster than you need to and have more fun overall. Just don't skip the Starter Islands (look for a quest NPC outside the place you were dumped in the game, or poke around the docks)
Besides, it really sucks to grind up levels so that you are over leveled on the quests. You don't get much loot, the loot you do get sucks, and you can't use the Quest Rewards.
