Requesting Character Load............

Hello. I'm having the problem of when i try to load ANY of my characters it just continues to "Requesting Character Load" and will not log into world.I took my PC to my office I can log in fine but at my house i can't. I have internet thru my cell phone provider as i live out in the Sticks. All 3 computers have different internet thru the Cell phone Co down here so it's 3 different lines but the same type.The problem Is the same for my wife and brother. We played all day 3/5/15. The next day this problem popped up and i haven't been able to fix it. any ideas?

I am having the same issue with close to the same setup on internet. I am able to play all other games i have (world of tanks,world of planes, and everything i have on steam) From a actual hardline i am able to log in fine. Would like to know if there is a solution for this. Cspire is my cell company

Same here, I can log in at work fine but not at home. The customer service rep said to add exceptions to my anti-virus, but it works fine on the wireless at work, same laptop, same anti-virus, I played almost all of beta and subbed for 6-7 months after that and played no problems, since the launch of unlimited, I can not log in from my house, I can get to character select screen, I can even create a new character, but hitting the play button gives me an infinite request character load with no error codes on all of my characters.

It's getting to be really bad now. Almost every other time I try to get into the game I seem to get stuck on the Character Load screen. Good way to loose new players that want to give TU a chance ZOS! Usually I just kill the client and give it another try.
