    Hey there @metronom3,

The horses available in the stable will unlock the horse in your Collections tab, but will not add anything to your character's riding skill. These purchases are cosmetic.

Which is rather wrong, considering most of us bought those premium horses over the 10k basic one just for those added bonuses.

We really ought to have them back.

Or you could deposit 420k gold in my bank, remove the "skins" i didnt really want nor care to have, and id be happy too.

^ this exactly, for me it's closer to a 1 million gold lost from repeat and undesired skins.
    IT'S ALL HAPPENING AGAIN!!!
And I still don't understand why she bought all 3 horses for all 8 characters.

There's been a lot of confusion surrounding this issue. From my understanding, on the character you purchase a horse with, you do get those stats. For your other characters, the horse becomes cosmetic. Riding skill is character specific, and no longer horse specific, so each character can use any horse "skin" with whatever their current riding skill is. Am I understanding this correctly or am I just high on Skooma?

That's right. Guess what I'm not spending 2k worth of crowns on.

    Wow lots of replies :P

I can see the point of the riding skills, if people to pay extra using Crowns or Gold they dont suddenly loose any investment they made training their previous mount, so it doesn't matter if you use horse, tiger, fiery demon dragon spider thing, you carry over all your skill so it doesn't matter if you keep shifting between them...

If they had kept it mount specific and you can pay $20 (in Crowns) to have an instantly trained up mount eg uber fiery horse, everyone else would cry no fair, P2W!! Otherwise no one would have really paid for a mount they've got to spend ages training up all over again...
